Packaging & Postage

All ceramic pieces are handmade individually by me, with lots of care and attention.

Because of this, some items may occasionally be temporarily out of stock. 

Thank you so much for your patience as each piece is made slowly and thoughtfully.

Ceramics are delicate and need extra care when being posted, to keep your piece safe on its journey to you, I use plenty of protective packaging. 

Wherever possible, I choose recycled and reused materials such as newspaper, packaging nuts and wrapping saved from previous deliveries. 

It’s kinder to the planet and still keeps your piece well protected. 🌱

Orders are sent using An Post standard shipping, unless you choose tracked or international tracked shipping at checkout.

Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days from dispatch. 

Once your order has been processed and posted, you’ll receive an email to let you know your parcel is on its way.

Please note that An Post can experience delays during particularly busy periods, which may occasionally affect delivery times.

At the moment, I ship within Ireland and the UK only, if you’re based elsewhere and would love to purchase a piece, feel free to get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.
